A characterful and classically turn-of-the-century townhome.
Shannon Claire and her team were brought in to design and renovate this stunning townhome for a repeat client. By playing musical chairs with the functions of the rooms, Team SCI was able to work with the homeowner to completely revamp the floor plan and outfit the space with new paint, wallpaper, lighting, and furniture from top to bottom. A new kitchen and a few new bathrooms later, this Capitol Hill beauty becomes a new forever home.
