This classic pre-war DC condo gets a chic and elegant redesign.
This DC condo had great pre-war details, but was long overdue for an upgrade. Shannon removed the dated elements in this condo, and added to and emphasized the historic detailing of the space, with statement built-ins and an antique marble fireplace. The space was outfitted with statement modular furniture to make the most of the small footprint and floor plan.
